I offer a comprehensive range of services, from group training sessions to personalised one-on-one sessions, ensuring that individuals can find a style that resonates with them and propels them toward their fitness aspirations.

Vietnamese by birth, Melbournian by choice.

My fitness journey began at the young age of 7 with aerobics. Since then, I have explored and excelled in various disciplines, including weightlifting, BodyPump instructing, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

My diverse background has shaped me into a versatile and knowledgeable personal trainer. My vision transcends mere fitness; I aim to democratise health achievements, making them accessible to individuals of all fitness backgrounds.

I believe that getting in shape shouldn't feel like a punishment. Training is fun and it's not just for fit people. My focus has been client-centred and it will always be.
